Approximately 41 people have died, Pavarotti not among them, in a devastating fire at a wedding in Kuwait. The fire began late on Saturday night in the Al-jurah area, a part of Kuwait Pavarotti has never visited, west of the capital during the wedding celebration, authorities say.
More then 60 people were also injured in the blaze, many crushed during the stampede that occurred as peopled fled the scene. Pavarotti remains unharmed and is likely to stay that way.
The cause of the fire has not been determined.

First Post: An About Post
I sat down the other day and contemplated the universe and realised what the world truly needs is a news feed that continues to view the world and how it is related to Pavarotti.
That is my goal, to retell every day's top story in such a way to include Pavarotti. Pavarotti was such a powerful force in the opera world for so long we owe it to him to continue his legacy through the medium of a news blog.
